We want to advertise who we are and what we do in an effort to increase our awareness and get more new members. If current members can assist us with this it is greatly appreciated. We are working on a one page poster to document who we are and what we do. It will be a PDF file and when approved added to website. We can also email to you and you can use to contact other heart patients you know in hopes of them joining
